PlanShot isn’t in the Share sheet

Share a single image, then scroll to the end of the app row and tap More to add PlanShot. The extension accepts one image at a time.

The Share extension asks me to open PlanShot first

Open the PlanShot app and add one event. That grants Calendar access, which the Share extension then uses.

Calendar access is off

Open the Settings app, go to Apps → PlanShot → Calendars, and choose Full Access. PlanShot uses it to list your calendars, add the events you confirm, and show whether events it added were later changed or removed.

PlanShot found the wrong details

You can edit the title, date, time, place, and notes before anything is added. Images with the date and time clearly visible work best.

Deleting your data

Use Clear Event History in PlanShot’s Settings to remove saved history and images, or delete the app to remove all of its data. PlanShot doesn’t send data anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
